IMPORTANT CHANGES IN THE 2025/26/2 CALL FOR APPLICATION

• The application deadline changes as follows: for the event starting in said month, application must be sent by the 15th day of the previous month at latest. 
   

• International student cannot apply for travel and accomodation costs for events happening in their home country and city. 
   

• TDK, OTDK results are only an advantage for Hungarian students, and for doctoral students, publications are also taken into account, which must also be indicated on the application form.
   

• Travel contracts can now be validated in the DÁP application or via the e-paper interface, due to the discontinuation of the AVDH validation. If you do not have access to these, you can still submit your contract on paper.
   

• Please note that applications do not have any phase for correction. The Committee can only make decisions about applications that has all neccesary documents submitted by the deadline. Otherwise, the application will be returned and will be evaluated the following month after the required documents have been uploaded.
